PenCafe Stationers was established in 1998 by Hein & Ans Oosthuizen, in the beautiful valley of Durbanville in the Western Cape, South Africa. PenCafe Stationers has shown tremendous growth through the years, but still remain focused on the local community of Durbanville. Customer service is at the heart of PenCafe and we strive to keep to our service promise. Our staff remains our most valuable asset. The bulk of them are long-serving employees. Elna Julies and Maureen Grovers have been with PenCafe since it’s inception in 1998. Arnie Douries then joined the team in 2000 with Camen Moos and Pieter Engelbrecht after her. Elna Koma is the newest addition to the team. The PenCafe Vision is to be the preferred stationer in Durbanville. Our mission to reach our vision is: 1) Exceptional customer service 2) Adequate product knowledge 3) Good Stock holding 4) Clean & neat environment and presentable staff. |
